1. Professional Use & Safety

Our products are for professional use only. Use all products in line with the instructions and safety guidance provided. Always read labels, follow curing times and lamp compatibility, and store/dispose products safely. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Your Confirmation at Purchase

By placing an order with GlitterLee UK, you confirm that:

  • You are a trained and competent user (e.g., nail professional) and will use the products for professional use only;
  • You are 18+;
  • You have read the product information and understand correct use, curing times, lamp compatibility and aftercare; and
  • If applying to others, you will follow good practice, including patch testing where appropriate.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Read and follow all product labels, usage instructions and safety data (including curing times, lamp compatibility and aftercare).
  • Conduct appropriate patch tests and check for allergies/contraindications before use on clients. (Note: “HEMA‑free” does not mean allergy‑free.)
  • Use suitable PPE, maintain good ventilation, avoid unnecessary skin contact, and store/dispose products safely.
  • Test for suitability and compatibility with your systems before client application.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, guidance and good practice standards for handling cosmetic/chemical products.

4. Liability

You are responsible for selection, suitability, application and outcomes of the products you purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlitterLee UK will not be liable for loss or damage arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions. Nothing in this policy limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Returns & Complaints

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Due to hygiene and safety, opened/used products are generally not returnable unless faulty. If there is a problem, contact info@glitterleeuk.comwith your order number.

6. Misrepresentation & Breach

If you provide inaccurate information or fail to meet the responsibilities above, you agree that GlitterLee UK may cancel orders, refuse service, and seek appropriate remedies. You may be responsible for any reasonable losses or costs we incur as a result.
